Healthy Living Inspirations Raw Food Workshops give you the opportunity to learn more about the benefits of raw food and how to incorporate more delicious nutritious raw food into your current meal options.
There is so much information available now showing the benefits of including lots of healthy raw foods into people’s diets and the reasons are very compelling. Also, the overwhelming evidence of the damage that processed foods such as sugar, gluten and dairy are having on peoples physical and mental health is horrifying, however sometimes there is so much information coming at us, we just don’t know where to start.
Participating in Healthy Living Inspirations Raw Food Workshops is a fun, stress free way of starting your journey to better health. All recipes are vegan friendly with no Gluten, Dairy or processed sugar. Many people that I know have family members that have intolerance’s to either, or all of the above and are very grateful for opportunities that can provide healthy alternatives for their meal options that suit all their family members?
Our ‘Getting started with Raw Food’ workshop will teach you how to create delicious recipes which will support you with your journey to improving your health. This workshop will also give you the confidence to start preparing a variety of delicious and nutritious raw food options for you and your family.
Our ‘Adventurous Raw Food Workshop’ shares more great recipes to support gut health such as fermented foods (sauerkraut, dairy-free fermented cheeses, chutney, pate), white Christmas bark, delicious custard, crackers and more…
In the ‘Getting started with Raw Food’ work shop you will learn how to make easy quick alternative milks along with the secrets to getting the best nutrition from nuts such as almonds, macadamia and Brazil nuts plus more…You will learn how easy it is to create delicious green smoothies that will give you a kick start to your day and keep you going for longer. You will learn how to make easy raw veggie pasta along with delicious sauces to go with your pasta. You will also learn how to make amazing deserts that your family will applaud you for….including a creamy delicious healthy chocolate mousse to die for.
You will be amazed at how easy it is to prepare healthy raw food options and how little time is involved with some of these recipes.
The workshops are held on our beautiful tranquil property at Modanville, in the Byron/ Ballina hinterland, just 15 minutes north of Lismore. The onsite workshops cater for a maximum of 6 participants who enjoy a fabulous 4 hours of learning with lots of delicious tastings and laughs on the way. This process is fun and exciting and you will go away inspired to get started and will be amazed at how simple processes can create restaurant quality results. During the workshop you will be given your own copy of the workshop content, containing nutritional information and all the recipes that have been demonstrated….plus a couple of bonus recipes included. You will be able to follow the written recipes, while participating in their creation and this will give you the confidence to try them out at home for your family…they will think you are amazing…
You can also make a special group booking with a sit down lunch experience included. This is in the same format as the ‘Getting Started with Raw Food’ workshop with some tasting throughout the workshop, however once the workshop is complete, you can then have a relaxed stroll around the gardens and enjoy the wildlife (possible catch a view of the koala that often comes to visit) while your raw food chef sets up for lunch….then the best part, everyone gets to sit down and enjoy lunch tasting the amazing creations from the workshop…and leave feeling very satisfied and guilt free! Healthy Foundation 3-Day Workshop– Whether you are wanting to lose weight, eat a healthier nutritious diet, or want to connect more to your body and change the way you are living…this program can provide you with a solid starting point and ideas that you can utilise in your every day living.
The Healthy Foundation 3-Day Workshop is for those looking for more in-depth support with their journey to better health and vitality. It will inspire you to make some small changes that can make a massive difference to you and your families health. We feel confident that you will be motivated by simple changes you can make as we go through the 3-Day program. As a Raw Food & Vegan Chef I am really looking forward to leading you through our meal preparation for each meal and sharing my knowledge with you. The Healthy Foundation 3-Day Workshop is for a minimum of 2 people. You will learn how to prepare all meals with delicious fresh wholefoods (gluten, dairy free and no processed sugar) and will be amazed at how good every thing tastes. There will be nutritional information segments, light exercise and stretching opportunities, massage, energetic facial release and gentle breath exercises. You will learn how to connect to your body and tune into what your body is trying to communicate. This is not a 3 day starve yourself program, you will enjoy delicious healthy breakfasts, tasty treats through the day, lovely lunches and evening meals. You will be inspired by how easy the recipes are and how fresh and delicious everything tastes…so different to processed foods and so much better for your body, mind and soul.
